This project entailed renovation and expansion of an existing building to create a world-class branded customer experience center for a Fortune 500 company. The building was given a facelift and new spaces include an innovation lab, cafeteria, demonstration kitchen, exhibit space, and storage.

NuTec was commissioned to provide architecture and engineering, under a design-build arrangement, in support of a three-level, 32,000 sq. ft. expansion with private and open offices, lunch room, conference rooms, and training space.
When this European firm decided to create a new consolidated manufacturing and administration facility in New England, they commissioned NuTec to create a high-profile North American headquarters by renovating an existing, vacant building. In addition to Class A office space, the project entailed new manufacturing and assembly areas for the production of high-quality firearms.
Working with the "facelift committee" of an internationally-recognized manufacturer of building products, NuTec provided architecture, interior design, and engineering to modernize the corporate administrative facility – public areas, open and private offices, and employee cafeteria and serving area. The original NuTec project at this 105,000 sq. ft. building was to convert a historic department store into a county government building. Subsequently, NuTec was commissioned by the same client to upgrade the facility and evolve it to become a human services center for county residents.
When a nonprofit organization moved forward with their vision to revitalize an urban area, they commissioned NuTec to design a creative reuse of a former tobacco warehouse into a high-tech office statement, yet maintain its historic core. The historic core and courtrooms were preserved and the entire building modernized.
